Shipping Info

U.S. ORDERS
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $ 59.00 and over (excluding taxes).

For orders totaling less than $ 59.00, there is a shipping charge of $2.95.-

Our standard shipping options are UPS and USPS ground services.

Standard shipping is ground service within the continental United States.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped only by USPS standard air mail service.

Pending authorization, we will process your order for shipping within 24-72 hours on all in-stock items.

We will contact you promptly via email or by phone should an item become out of stock at the time the order is received.

We will email you a Delivery Confirmation tracking number along with the appropriate carrier upon shipping the package.

We are unable to instruct the carrier how or when to leave a package at the shipping address.

Please contact the carrier with any questions you may have regarding the delivery of your package.

Some packages that are ship to a unit, apartment or condominium will require a signature before the package is release.

CANADIAN ORDERS
We offer shipping to Canada via USPS in connection with Canada Post.

 Shipping charges will depend on the quantity, weight and dimensions of each item in your order.

Shipping costs are shown and calculated before you checkout, please proceed to checkout to see shipping costs for your order. 

Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, if there is any, once the shipment reaches your country.

Most small orders arrive duty free.

We do not have control over the Customs process and duty fees.

Delivery usually takes 10 to 14 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
All prices and shipping charges are listed in U.S. currency; your order must be prepaid in U.S. funds via PayPal or credit card.

We are pleased to offer international shipping.

Shipping charges will depend on the quantity, weight and dimensions of each item in your order.

Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, if there is any, once the shipment reaches your country. Most small orders arrive duty free.

We do not have control over the Customs process and any duty fees in your country. We assume no responsibility for those charges; please contact your local Customs office for further information. Delivery usually takes 14 to 21 business days, depending the destination country.
